While the state of Missouri has changed from blue to reliably red, KC itself isn't red. There's more to it than barbecue. It may not have the same spark it once had when it was known as "The Paris of the Plains", it does have some strong Democratic Party organizations on both sides of the state line. Congressman Cleaver is from the Missouri side and Congresswoman Sharice Davids has done well for the Kansas side.

Don't worry too much about Travis Kelce. At 34 YO he hardly seems grown up some days. Have you seen his taste in clothes? Ms Swift does seem to be working her magic on him and it does seem to be slowly helping him emerge from his extended adolescence. They're both respected by the Greater KC area and aside from a few sour notes, are certainly welcome to stay for as long as they wish by the community.

opens up for a couple weeks after this weekend and then gets month of Sept. But... that woman works. She doesn't have a lot of time. And football season. I imagine Kelces vote red, not because what they believe because you listen to them they and especially Travis are very progressive. Which is the ironic of so many that vote right. But I really doubt they have ever voted Dem with career, upbringing, area of the country.
