I think this is very appropriate, considering he being a Bronco fan, and made fun of KC Chiefs for years...

I admire anyone who can use what is generally thought of as a "funny" medium to convey the poignant sadness of this tragedy.

We are going batshit crazy (up here in Canada at least).

This has gone on long enough. Its hard to sympathize with anyone making millions of dollars doing what they love. But when millionaires go up against billionaires it all becomes relative. Here we have owners of NHL teams who last locked out players and caused a whole season to be scrapped, in order to implement the agreement they wanted. Now that agreement that they hardballed the players into last time is not good enough, even though revenues have increased substantially in the last few years. Problem is...the players have also done better....a little too much better for the owners liking. So despite the players saying they would work under the old agreement for this year while still negotiating, the owners refused and locked out the fans and players from their buildings. The owners are demanding big retroactive salary rollbacks, and a bigger slice of the revenue pie. The players know they MUST give back something to solve the crisis, and they already have but its never enough for Commissioner Bettman and a small minority of asshole owners.
