If certain small counties in swing states refuse to certify the GE votes, thereby

preventing the swing states from certifying their votes, thereby preventing Congress from certifying a winner of the electoral votes, then what?

Could the obstinate counties or the states be forced to certify the votes by say, a Writ of Mandamus?

Biden and DOJ should be all over this from now until Election Day. Not that we know what they're doing, but it's on the horizon.

We KNOW from previous experience they willing to break the rules if it gives them a better chance at winning, and we know that they know they can't win by legitimate votes.

I sincerely hope the DOJ is taking preventative measures against any crimes they can be expecting rather than waiting until it's no longer important to do anything about it.

...we can NOT depend only on the DOJ.

That doesn't relieve them of their sworn responsibilities, though.

because once you go there, the situation could bring a lot of unanticipated consequences.

• Could Americans actually respond with a national strike?
• Could corporations pressure the MAGA to stand down?
• Could President Biden use the power of the presidency to put down the coup?

Any number of things could go wrong for MAGA, including prison and execution.

It will be wrangled all the way up to the Supreme Court, who, given the conservative majority, will rule that the election goes to the House of Reps. There, a contingency election is held, where each state gets one vote. Since the 'pugs hold the majority control in 26 states, vs 24 for the dems, it means that Trump will be crowned president. Which is why I'm praying that the Democratic legal folks are working behind the scenes to counter this, otherwise we're screwed.

Republicans are working every day to make it harder to vote. They are also planning to subvert the elections when they lose.

We will fight them and we will win.

I have faith in Elias and the people on his team.

The immunity ruling applies to criminal acts. Trying to remove judges wouldn't violate any criminal laws, but would be unconstitutional -- and would be reversed by the courts.
