He's not in the middle of a trial... we don't know if there will be a trial...

But he wasn't found not guilty by a Jury.

The legal talking heads don't think he'll win the appeal.

It's a win, if not a case-ending one. It can be appealed, of course, but I think just the fact that it was dismissed is definitely a win, particularly in context of the delays and the timing.

If we believe that it's not at least a temporary win, we're pretty much kidding ourselves.

but is awaiting appeal.

Remember, Trump said the Mueller report was a “complete exoneration,” despite Mueller saying specifically he did not exonerate him. Trump grabs hold of anything he can.

His lackey "Judge" dismissed it, but that decision has been appealed to the 11th Circuit. That's not a win. That's her trying to get off the case and away from Trump. She thinks he'll win and reward her with a seat on the SC, but all she's done is damage her reputation. So, that's not a win.

Only Trump would consider it a win. Having Clarence give her a wink and a nod is not enough to make it a win.

I wish he had been prosecuted more fully. There were videos of people loading boxes on a plane for Bedminster. All locations should have been raided. We have the eggs in one basket.

... favoritism toward trDUMP showed by his buddy Cannon. Causing the appeal review to permanently remove her from the case and having it assigned to a more knowledgeable, reasonable, and competent judge.

With the dismissal she may have cooked her credibility and trDUMP's goose.
