Texas - Voter registration dirty tricks

Apparently Texas is using misleading online forms for voter registration, that doesn't actually register you to vote?

The website lets you fill out an online form that has all the fields required to register to vote, but the form just prepares a printable form doesn't actually register you to vote or even give your information to your supervisor of elections, instead hitting the submit button just prepares a printable form that you can download print out and then you have to either mail in or take up to your county elections office?

That seems very misleading and will leave some people thinking that they have registered when they have not.

They are a totally dishonest political party today with their constant dirty tricks and efforts to prevent minorities especially from voting. They lie, cheat, and steal yet claims to be fine upstanding Christians!

To register to vote in Texas, simply complete a voter registration application and return it to your county election office at least 30 days before the upcoming election date. To complete an application, you may:

Complete an application using the SOS ONLINE VOTER REGISTRATION APPLICATION. Simply fill in the required information, print, sign and mail the completed application directly to your county election office;

https://www.votetexas.gov/register-to-vote/update-voter-registration.html

You can also fill it out and take it in or complete the process at the office.

Would it be nice to be able to submit it online? Of course, but the assertion that it's intentionally unclear simply isn't true.
