At the first rally, in addition to Harris herself attending and speaking, 5 VP contenders attend, they all present their vision for how they would handle being in the office, and one gets "voted out" (as in, "you're fired!", announced by Harris herself). At the final rally, with two contenders left, the winner is selected. And the crowd goes wild.
