David Plouffe

Had been hired as a senior consultant for the Harris campaign per MSNBC.

Not sure how I feel about that. He really did the president wrong in my view

He was said to know demographics of districts quite well which aided target marketing. He did the math.

And Kamala Harris VP has Jen O'Malley Dillon on board as well. High up in Biden campaign, managed Biden 2020 campaign.

So you have two winning campaign managers who assembled difficult electoral maps into victory.

There's no substitute for experience at that level. If something goes awry, you have people who have been there, are familiar with the current operation and situation, and you can make adjustments.

I don’t recall hearing much from Plouffe, especially compared to the other David from the Obama campaign, David , who was everywhere insisting Biden step down.

Plouffe is an astute campaign strategist and should be a valuable asset to the Harris campaign.

strategy.

We can't minimize the importance of the specifics of that state and the particulars of this state (meaning-for example- the nuances of North Carolina and the nuances of Arizona).

I see this a a big plus....

He was key to the behind-the-scenes strategy for the "Hope and Change" campaign in '08.
