Trump has lost Fox

Cavuto: The Trump thing and the market amazes me. When they are up, it is because of him. When they are down, it is because of the Democrats. Some of the biggest point losses occurred during his administration..

I have been waiting to see if there is a change coming to Fox, since Vance came on board. Bev54 Aug 2024 #2

It is like a response from a three year old.

Everything good is attributable to them exclusively. Anything bad is always attributable to someone else.

Murdoch absolutely did not want Vance as his running mate.

...than the other Fox "personalities" like Hannity et al. He's still pretty right-wing, but he's more aligned with the neocons as far as I can tell. There is something else to know about Cavuto, however: he has MS severe enough that he sometimes requires a wheelchair, and he has suffered from a couple other health problems as well. Trump's utterly moronic mishandling of Covid--and especially the way he and his followers turned a public health emergency into a culture-war battle--really enraged Cavuto.

I recall that Cavuto went on his program during the pandemic to denounce Trump's negligence. He ended up getting Covid pneumonia, largely because of immune-suppressing MS drugs, and he credits the vaccine with saving his life. In return, Trump's fans sent Cavuto numerous death threats.

I expect a rebound, but most of the rest of the world's economies aren't as strong as our's has been. If this is attempted manipulation I expect those manipulators to get hurt when bargin buyers come in.

Once someone knocks some sense into little Bibi, destroy his dreams of fighting all the Muslim nations with the US behind him, things will settle down. Dude has gotten far too into his delusion that Israel can win this war he's wanting. They can not.

I fear for the Jewish people if someone doesn't find a way to get less hostilities in that region. I don't hope for peace, maybe not for generations. But if there can be an end to this craziness, get the hostages home, get Gaza fixed up. Maybe we can breathe for a minute.
