(69,639 posts)He has experience in Congress and executive experience as a governor. He's very likable and plain spoken. He's funny. And he "balances" the ticket for people who want to be reassured that there's a white man in the room.
Walz would help win undecided white centrist voters in the Midwest and southern states we must win.
A solid choice.

As a life long Dem I am often depressed by choices that are made. But I feel hope and excitement that I havent felt since I pounded streets in 2008..
