I was walking out of an AA meeting (where we don't discuss politics), chatting amiably with two guys. One guy made a joking reference to someone getting a brain transplant, and the Trumper chimes in with, "The vice president should get one of those."
"You mean J.D. Vance?" I responded.
"No. Kamala. Have you ever heard her speak?"
"Yeah. I like her," I said. "Have you ever heard J.D. Vance speak?"
"No," he replied. "He doesn't say much." (meaning Fox couldn't possibly be playing his insane clips)
"That's probably a really good plan," I said.
He just walked away.

(3,090 posts)The thing that I like, and most Americans like about Kamala Harris is that she's not "the American Hitler" (J.D. Vance quote), Donald Trump.
I figure anyone who's not a rapist is a damn site better to serve in public office than a no-good piece of shit like Trump.

(15,808 posts)which is great when your opposition is a walking crime spree.
I like that she supports freedom and bodily autonomy for women, while the opposition wants government-enforced pregnancies.
I could go on and on. Only two?

I like her vast experience as a successful prosecuter and also her successful work as AG in California. The knowledge and skills to perform those jobs and do them well indicates strength, drive, intelligence and an ability to lead and mange people. it shows an ability to prioritize and multi task.
Now I have a question for you: Do you like pizza?
