Boy was I wrong...

AT the beginning when I heard Clooney came out and said Joe had to quit, when I heard Nancy said something similar I didnt believe Nancy Pelosi said that. I thought changing now would be absolute suicide.

Then after a few days I couldn't get it out of my head that some people I really respect were saying the change was absolutely necessary, and I did a thread here wondering why all these people I respected THE DAY BEFORE all of a sudden I am supposed to be mad at, didn't make sense to me.

Then it was amazing what happened.

This is the most TOGETHER our party has been maybe ever.

Having said all that, Joe made the ultimate sacrifice and he did not deserve this ending to his career, but since he puts AMERICA first...etc.

A meme I would like to see out there, I think, is linking the proof that Vance's benefactor or owner, Peter Thiel said the biggest mistake America made was letting Women vote.

So maybe we should say this and then ask "are you going to prove him right by voting for him?"

I also honestly believe in the future there will be a "Hamilton"-like play about the years 2013-whenever this hell ends. And Joe's story will be properly told.

I was posting here that I thought he should step down without knowing the rules. I had gotten a warning but didn’t see it. So I was suspended. Everything was hard. In time people will heal and I think Joe will get such applause and respect at the convention. He’ll go down in history as a great president.

to give Kamala and her team our UTMOST support. His sacrifice for the nation was HUGE, and we can't let it be in vain. We need to go ALL OUT for the next 90 days to defend our democracy.

Let's do it for Joe. Let's do it for America.

people. That said, the silver lining is apparent for all to see giving us a good chance to turn back the unthinkable fascists seeking victory.

I am still saddened for Biden and how all of this unfolded so publicly. That said, he will always be the most amazing person and President for me. I think history will likewise see him so.

History takes a while to process. For now, I just want to keep moving forward.

Maybe even more progressive, maybe even more aggressive towards prosecuting the traitor.

My comment has nothing to do with Joe Biden and his tremendous performance but I will never forget or forgive those on the left who made the point of saying that since Hillary would not guarantee Medicare for all they couldn’t vote for her or if they did they’d have to hold their nose.

I will never stop being angry about it.

I went back and forth about it until about 2 weeks before POTUS made his announcement I told my family and friends he had to get out gracefully AND soon which he did. My boneheaded pick was Mark Kelly. It would've gone over like a fart in church. Sen. Kelly is great don't get me wrong but Kamala was the right choice for obvious reasons I couldn't see, and thank god Joe made the hardest decision of his life and god willing it'll work out for all of us in the end.
