It is a pretty cleverly done video showing Trump and Vance in a dumpster that is on fire and is floating down a flooded street. Trump is doing that "dance" thing he does on stage.

On edit: someone pointed out that there is a shark fin following them, and I just noticed that there is a battery floating along next to them.
