1) Trump did NOT sign the bill into law, Obama did - a fact regularly fact checked.
2) Walz was the ranking member on this bill in the House and Bernie was the chair of the Senate committee.

President Obama signed the Community Care bill into law in 2014, two years before Trump got into the White House. Trump actually wants to cut their benefits to help pay for lower income taxes for the wealthy.
