4. Eyeliner has nothing to do with lashes. To extend the lashes, one uses mascara. Eyeliner is to make the eyes look bigger

If you go back even a few years, Vance had a very round chubby-appearing face that made him look younger than his years, yes, but also a bit like the husky adolescent who was bullied in elementary and junior high school. The beard does deal with that, admittedly. He always had blue eyes with dark lashes, but he clearly is wearing eyeliner now (a photographer got a close-up of him that clearly showed that --posted here yesterday). Someone here suggested it might reflect the influence of his East Indian wife and it is true that Punjabi men do wear kohl around their eyes on special occasions. Alternately, it made me wonder if he'd gone through a "Goth" period in his adolescence and perhaps felt like it gave him a more dominant appearance.

His appearance changes (including clothing) coincided with his abrupt 180-degree change in his political views. I doubt he is especially comfortable with either--and it shows.

This man is buds with neo-Nazis, so I don't give a rat's tight asshole if he does or doesn't wear makeup. Hell, he could come out in Miss Piggy level rouge or a Tammy Faye spackle and I still wouldn't care.

Like my nephew, has triple row of lashes and looks like he could be wearing eyeliner. This clown has tiny, squinty eyes that make it look more like eyeliner but could just be extra row(s) of lashes. Not that I'm trying to make him seem human because his lizard brain proves otherwise.
