23. I figure if President Biden can still go biking, I'm going to keep up biking for exercise too.

I'm not quite as old as him but I had a spill a few months back and broke a finger that had to be pinned. Wife said I should quit since I was getting too old etc. Instead she encouraged me to look into a new bike since I was still riding the same one that I bought in 1989. She thought it might be safer and easier to get one of the new E-bikes. (There not.) But I finally after research and some trial and error I got enthusiastic about how cool these things are and now have an electric bike and am just getting used to it.

(Even found a FB group for over 70 E-bike riders. There are quite a few still going strong in their 80s and I intend to get there too...LOL)
