What kind of sentence will Trump get on Septemember 18th?

What kind of sentence will Trump get on September 18th? I think the judge will hand down a 3 month prison term. Fingers crossed.

2. He's constantly complaining that we're jailing him. He hasn't seen the inside of a jail yet.

5. Judges are afraid to sentence because they fear SCOTUS will overturn everything.

They hedge their rulings with caveats. "At this point in time", 'as it seems now'.

Judge looks like an ogre and risks retribution for harsh sentences. It will be a slap on the wrist. Fine of less than 250k, 30 days community service, 3 days in jail.

I think his sentencing will be postponed again, or he'll be told to go home and try to be a good boy from now on.

10. My guess is he'll receive the average sentencing for white collar crimes of the same degree.

If most 1st time offenders doing what he did get time behind, I'll presume he will too. If most get probabtion and fines, that's my presumption.

In the eyes of the court, he is a first-time offender. Further, he’s convicted of what are low-level white collar crimes. It would be unusual for him to be sentenced to prison. However, I can dream (…so sweet…).

had remorse or at least tried to show they did for the court and didn't have to be gagged.

The reason I think he should get more is because of what I just said.

1) Merchan hasn't indicated if he's going to overturn the convictions because evidence used in the trial was disallowed by the SCOTUS ruling on immunity.

2) 95% of NYS sentences for similar convictions do NOT involve jail time.
