1. As was done in October 2022, I expect a flood of fly by night pollsters trying to manipulate the averages

We will likely see a flood of polls from pollsters we have never heard of showing Harris’ support dropping, and crafting a narrative of Trump as the “comeback kid”.

Prepare now for October…then it won’t be a surprise.

2. I agree it is still too early to view polls as "locked in", but I don't expect a roller coaster ride.

I think Trump has already collected all the available voters he can get. He is now catering solely to his rabid base but is doing nothing to reach out and expand his support.

Trump is such a known quantity that I don't see a path for his support to expand, especially when he does nothing but rehash his "greatest hits" over and over. In addition, with the distraction of Biden's age out of the picture, Trump's pronounced disorders are finally being publicized. Vance is certainly no help in dispelling the clown show atmosphere of Trump's campaign.

It ain't over until it's over, but I think Trump's only chance to grow his numbers is a catastrophic fall by the Harris campaign.
