Whatever happened to the Harriet Tubman $20 bill?

Harriet Tubman was scheduled to replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill a few years ago. I recall that Trump stopped the process soon after he was sworn in.
Why hasn’t it been done by now? I assume that if Trump could stop it, the current Administration could re-instate it.

1. Probably has to do with eventuality of going cashless.

I’d predict in ten years most will use electronic payment even more than they do now which is quite a lot.

I'm honestly surprised that EVERY action of trump as president hasn't been individually and meticulously reviewed and rescinded after he planned, directed, encouraged, promoted, and supported the violent insurrectionist activities of Jan. 6.
