It is true that 7 of the top ten deadliest cities are in Repub states. But all ten of those cities have Democratic mayors. Which is why I didn't like AOC's response back in 2022 and don't like it being resurrected today. A much better point to be making today is that crime in those cities with Democratic mayors is dropping.
