They are always clean. They have charging stations for EV. During Covid, they were the only place you could go inside and use the bathroom (which are always super clean and stocked), or get food. Everything else was locked down.

Ive been to them. Nothing special as far as fast food gas stops go. Ok, clean, affordable.

But ive been spoiled by italy rest stops. I'd take a date to those.
