They are a huge help!

However, I must point out that Nancy Pelosi is Speaker Emerita (not Speaker Emeritus).

I'm not crazy about gendered titles like this, but since emerita/emeritus is Latin, not English, standard usage is to follow the rules of Latin, if I understand correctly.
