I was wrong, there's no twinkle in his eye - but the subtlety of his delivery was absolutely glorious!! Much better this way, because you can't really say he did anything on purpose.
Nicely done!

It reminds me of the time when (then) Prince Charles gave Dump the finger in a receiving line by lightly rubbing his eye with the proper digit. It was also a subtle move that could be viewed as being perfectly innocent.
