Here's why Beto should be the Secretary of State

He's smart.

He is poised and persistent.

He speaks Spanish.

He's a hard working Democrat who supports Democrats and wins border districts.

We need to make Latin America our priority for the best success with border, trade and security issues.

I know we have diplomatic obligations everywhere in the world, but this is why I like Beto for this job.

I'm afraid I could not support something like that. While one's ability to speak Spanish is nice, it's not all that. Why not Russian, or Mandarin, or Korean? And his "motherfucker" outburst, although a satisfying 'fist-pumping/hell-yeah' moment, does not scream "poised" to me.
