A request to consider all sides of the conflict (not respect - consider), cease fire to get humanitarian aid in, return the Hostages, help rebuild Gaza and stop illegal settlements in the West Bank.
That's not an unreasonable speech, just as the speech from the parents of the hostage wasn't unreasonable.
