Had to look it up. Good one. Akin to word used here in northern New Mexico - muína. Very similar meaning.

But in particular, the DNC. I don’t think she has ever heard the term “the perfect is the enemy of the good,” man. ( See what I did there?)

I don't agree with the sentiments expressed about her. She's a brave journalist and covers stories others won't dare touch. She talked to the protesters, but she didn't endorse anyone.

Just my 2 cents

And I agree that she covers topics that would otherwise go uncovered. But to my mind, she has become so much more dour and pedantic. Or maybe, as I have become older, I am not the revolutionary I used to be.

I think I'll blame trump for her being less cheerful. He has that effect.

Much respect of your revolutionary self! Truthfully getting older might be it. I know I'm more dour. Lol The content on the show still can't be beat. Hopefully Harris/Waltz will brighten her up a bit. And all of us too!

And Free Speech Tv. I've learned some hard truths. I used to call myself a libertarian.

Amy Goodman and her show do such a fine job on so many topics. Award winning and so hard working! Thanks for mentioning her accolades.

balls and strikes.

Amy is not afraid to report on the hard realities of life whether here or around the world, she's passionate and serious about her profession of journalism.

The corporate media is loaded with mindless cheerleaders, propagandists and critics alike shaped in the form of a bubble for the American People to live in. Any issue outside of that bubble is presented as "extremist" by them even if 65-70% of the American People approve of such policies.

The people not approving of those policies are primarily their corporate conglomerate owners, oligarchs and major commercial purchasers and they have more actual influence on how politics and policy is covered in the U.S.

*rump is literally the corporate media's creation, the vast majority of the American People had no idea who he was without 14 years of the illusion created by "The Apprentice" and they enabled him to power giving him billions of dollars in free coverage full well knowing what kind of person he was just from his public record years before 2016.

It's not journalism when your emotions (like hate) take over. Waste of time.
