Changing from Biden to Harris required a major reworking of speakers, entertainers, and focus, and Harris and her team demonstrated competence, adherence to detail, and creativity in pulling off a nearly perfect convention. With those skills, imagine what she and her team will do when she’s president!

They could have set up a camera at wall of the convention center with the intention of treating us to four days of watching the paint dry, forgot to have taken the lens cap off, and when it was pointed out to indignantly say "use your fucking imagination" and had me crawling over broken glass so my minimum ask was possibly exceeded by many orders of magnitude!

It was fucking amazing, I thought. Like I was having flashbacks to (I think it was) 2008, as I was huddled in my pantry in the midst of a tornado warning, listening to the buildup to Obama's acceptance speech. This was a great speech and a great night, and we've got a GREAT candidate for the fight that lies before us.

And the other 2 were ‘good’
Okay maybe 4 hours ‘awesome’, 6 hours were ‘great’, 8 were ‘very good’ and 2 were ‘good’.

What was awesome? Michele Obama’s speech. Kamala’s speech. The crowd. The roll call turned into a dance party., Barack, as always. Young children teaching the crowd how to say “Comma - La”.
What was great? Watching brave Republicans showing up and speaking out — Olivia Troye, Adam Kinzinger, Geoff Duncan, John GIles, Stephanie Grisham.
Raphael Warnock.
The fearless bravery of those who told their stories: the parents of Hersh Goldberg-Polin; the women who suffered from abortion bans; the Central Park 5
The APPLAUSE — the long applause for the deserving — Elizabeth Warren, the Obamas, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton.
The UP-AND-COMERS - too numerous to mention.
The speeches of our huge A-team of eloquent, competent, and apparently earnest elected officials. Our A-team is HUUUGE.
The unity and respect for each other which was evident everywhere at that convention.

I'm more of sporadic watcher. All the speakers were great! Cohesive! (Sometimes we have a few downer speakers, with downer stories or a few boring speakers.) Not this time! It was fast paced and very good. Great entertainment! (Conventions should be entertaining) Upbeat!

Awesome! And we were so worried, it was gonna be like 1968! Maybe they were and that's why the put on such a great convention. Hope all of our conventions in the future are like this!
