President Clinton all voiced that and actively work for a two state solution, and when subsequent republicans came into the WH they undid everything those Democrats did by completely ignoring the situation.

Arafat walked away without explanation. Clinton says it still keeps him up at night.

Then Bush came into office and it went stale. Obama tried but couldn’t get anything done dealing with Netanyahu.

I despair that peace will remain elusive.

does Hamas. If the people of Israel want one I think they would not keep electing that ass. Never have I heard a president speak with the compassion and concern about the Palestinian people as she did last night. Might want to listen again to what she said.
