On edit: I guess i flipped to Fox's "LiveNow" channel rather than the regular FNC, which had tfg so shook up that he was mashing the buttons on the phone during his (rather low energy
) response to Kamala Harris FOR THE PEOPLE: https://democraticunderground.com/100219372253
Both the reporter on the scene and the anchor are speaking frankly about how enthusiastic the crowd was, how impressive the production was, how the candidate's speech was "more concise" than trump's, but also substantive. It was like they were casting about for a way to be critical and dismissive, but couldn't find one.
They've got political analysts coming up soon, and I'm sure they'll get their feet back under them and be back to the usual BS, but tonight's programming and closing speech were SEISMIC, folks.
Think. Again.

(1,492 posts)I think that he is in for a humiliating beating in November. It is going to be so great to see him lose to a smart, powerful black woman. I don't think that his ego will ever recover. And when he loses he may ultimately land in jail. The ultimate humiliation. And we will forget about him as we move into a better and brighter tomorrow under the leadership of President Kamala Harris. He will be forgotten and consigned to the trash bin of history. God bless America.

(5,009 posts)all the way. Viewers could still hear it slightly. And the faux commentators. Splaining how dangerous she is and to ignore that 2025 project. And then they would turn up the volume on some parts, and mute it suddenly. Faux looked stupid and scared tonight.

(112 posts)Tonight, Hannity was still promising police head bashing of protesters, Lil Doocy was running around bothering people with stupid questions, "The Desk" continued to ask dumb questions like Why hasn't anyone talked about school choice? They completely floundered in whatever plan they had to try to de-legitimize the DNC. A complete and total failure on their part.
