He has probably not even considered pulling all the money quick, and hijacking his own plane. Odd are good he is going to wait, thinking he might be able to milk a bit more before he pulls out the stops and drains all the accounts he can. That would be foolish as the courts are likely to start watching closer and closer.

The smart move would be to take his chance the moment it looks like there is an opportunity. Think about it. He takes off in Florida, and changes the flight plan to Cuba with connections going beyond. The only real trick is how to evade the Secret Service as he does it. Fortunately there is no chance that he reads DU so he will never catch on that he needs to run as soon as he can manage it and not wait.
