Trump: "For 52 years, from the beginning of Roe v. Wade, people wanted to get it out. Many presidents tried and were unable. I want to thank the justices who overturned Roe."

All one has to do is tune in to fundamentalist Protestant or radtrad Catholic media to hear their dissatisfaction and even outrage with Trump. They will accept nothing less now than a ridiculous "Human Life Amendment" to the Constitution, which is probably the only way to outlaw abortion on a Federal level. Of course, these same groups also have an open hostility to IVF and even contraception. Trump is a political simpleton, but even he understands that turning the US into another Iran is a guaranteed election loser.

(12,598 posts)I encourage Trump to put out an ad saying that he was better than all the other GOP presidents put together, because he killed Roe v Wade. You are the Total Best/Beast Donald; time to put those no good RINOs to the sword.

(22,873 posts)If they're paying any attention at all, it should quickly become obvious to them that they can't count on him to be the anti-abortion crusader they were hoping for.
Those folks will never vote blue, but if enough of them decide to stay home or write in some random name, it could make a difference!

Thats actually a good plan for him because the cult will never unglue their eyes from fox, and although every one else knows hes a liar, he might pick up some uninformed undecideds if he appeals to their pro choice side. Face it, you have to be pretty dumb to be undecided at this point.
