Even with the redistricting it is still winnable for the Democrats.

5. Not arguing, just wanting to understand: If the Redistricted one was swingable, why

did the Dem incumbent back then skedaddle out of it to run in the safer one next door, thereby handing the Redistricted one to the wingnuts? Or was it just him who was weak?
