Why was Trump able to lay a wreath at Arlington Cemetary? He is not the President. Who is helping him? McMaster? And

why is the military there? I am asking as both of my in laws are buried there, FIL a Marine in the Japanese Islands and my MIL a nurse who served in a MASH unit in Italy. Both WW II Thank you

It looks like maybe he weaseled an invite to the family’s private commemoration of the anniversary of their family member’s death, and then turned it into a photo op.

If the campaign had requested permission to hold an event, they would have clearly been refused.

of the Orange Menace this morning, saying he was shaking up ways of doing things that needed to be shaken up. Overall, there were more compliments on Morning Joe than criticisms.

I think McMaster wants "back in" to the inner circle of advisors.

Allow a foreign dictator to enter our country for the expressed purpose of meeting with Donald Trump at his private residence?

Its like nobody, even the current administration, will stand up and say "NO" involving anything to do with this man.

He shouldn't have been permitted entrance to Arlington in the first place.

FIL was a career Marine. There was no lights, camera , action at his burial.Trump used those family members and the soldiers who gave up their lives. Maybe he could have asked to borrow the flag and sword that my husband received as another prop.

by giving him a photo op. The picture where everyone is giving a thumbs up over the grave made me physically ill.

On edit, after looking more closely at one of the pictures I see a woman in the back flashing a white supremacy hand symbol. I guess that explains a lot.
