The economy has not dogged Democrats for decades.
Check the effin data. Call Bill Clinton if necessary you lightweight.

The legacy media exist for the benefit of their owners and advertisers. They work to attract viewers and alter reporting to ensure they get those viewers.

Can I prove any of this? No.
I believe it because I see no other reasonable explanation. MSM is toxic and dying. The fourth estate must be rebuilt from the grassroots up.

Sounds like she's fallen back to the pro white establishment false view that the pro white establishment party is better at economic matters.
What is true is that greedy corporations are less reluctant to slow their activity under republicans due to promises of tax cuts. It creates an illusion of a better economy for those who look at the stock market as the measure of our overall financial health.

(297,426 posts)Former President Bill Clinton's claim at the Democratic convention that since the end of the Cold War Democratic presidents had created 50 million jobs to the Republican presidents' 1 million sent the fact checkers scurrying.
Youre going to have a hard time believing this, but so help me, I triple-checked it, Clinton said. Since the end of the Cold War in 1989, America has created about 51 million new jobs. I swear I checked this three times, even I couldnt believe it. Whats the score? Democrats 50, Republicans 1, he said during his speech Thursday night.
One of the fact checkers, KARE 11 TV of Minneapolis, reported that Clintons claim that America has created 50 times more jobs under Democratic presidents than Republicans since 1989 is true.

(39,137 posts)somehow think Republicans do better on the economy. If that is what she means by Democrats being dogged by the economy, she is right. The economy almost always does better when a Democrat is in office, why the public thinks it doesn't it is ether our
messaging or the media. The Republicans have been calling Democrats "Tax and Spend" for as long as I remember yet the deficit always goes up more under a Republican.
