About time to throw my 9/11 meme in Republican faces. It's a Twin Towers burning pic with top line: "Never Forget".

Bottom line: "What happened when you put the half-wit Barbara Bush crapped out in the White House." I've posted that all I can about 10/19 the last couple of years. I don't put it up on 9/11.

It pisses me off that the people that brought us 9/11 even have the audacity to say one freakin word about Benghazi or the terrorist attack at Kabul.

but they would not stand up to the Taliban. That too, was our fault?

When a people refuse to fight for their freedoms they will be overpowered by a minority of autocrats.

It was in response to a question about the findings in the Hart- Rudman Commission on Terrorism, or whatever they called it, odd that it was 25 years ago now. They asked each candidate what they would do with the recommendations, how they would handle the threat of terrorism. Al Gore responded with something reasonable about implementing the recommendations on day one.
Mr All-Hat-No-Cattle blathered about some star wars missle defense crap that had nothing to do with terrorism. It struck me as so stupid that I talked to people about it, even some people who were Republicans.
It really came back to me and stuck in my mind when 9/11 happened.
