bushthief's all out assault on American democracy in Florida in 2000 created the Presidential election theft road map that the orange turd is now using. It would be the height of hypocrisy for bushthief to attack the orange turd for using his Presidential election theft road map.

Now all of a sudden you want bushthief to claim that he now supports democracy and won't vote for the orange turd who is using the bushthief Florida 2000 Presidential election theft road map. bushthief has no credibility on the issue of defending democracy because he did not defend it in 2000, he waged an all out assault against it.

First, the idea of saying "would it be better if he endorsed Trump?" reminds me of Rubin's saying those who have little to compare find little to understand. If one followed that path, we could imagine who we want Hitler to endorse? Cheney is close enought.

The best thing is if W just remains silent. Same with Cheney.

The worst thing is when Democrats think war criminal's endorsements are good.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if bushthief voted for the orange turd since they combined to stack the SCOTUS with enough judges to overturn Roe vs Wade, thye both support the Unitary executive theory and they both used the same election stealing road map. The Cheney's are total hypocrites. I think a case can be made that for them it's more about getting back at maga for ousting Liz from repug leadership and her Congressional seat. The Cheney's silence on the bushthief 2000 election theft has been deafening.

34. Most people here do not get how Republicans think.

I unfortunately grew up in a family of rabid Republicans in an area that was solidly Republican and currently live in a Republican area in Florida. I know how they think. A Bush endorsement would be great. Jeb Bush came out against Trump so did Romney. Republicans like the status of being Republican - they think it makes them members of “the wealthy.” As horrible as it sounds, they think that Democrats are “low lives.” Most are racist. My mother (who would claim until her last day that she’s not racist) screamed at me when I voted for Gore “You’re voting with all those blacks and Hispanics!” That is how a lot of wealthy Republicans think. They like being a member of the Republican “Country Club.”

I’m sorry to be harsh - but you have to know the enemy to beat them.

Then there are the uneducated angry white men from rural areas who think it makes them masculine and macho.
