3. It's long past time to protect the kids.

To do that, we need the following:

A Democratic president and Congress who are not in the pockets of gun lobbyists to pass meaningful gun safety regulations, including banning military assault weapons again

An expanded Supreme Court so the existing one cannot overturn all gun safety regulations

Those are things Democrats can campaign on.
