Donald Trump buried a climate change report because 'I don't believe it'
Even as new heat records are set throughout the nation, do not expect Trump to back away from promises to expand the use of fossil fuels. After all, when his own administration predicted the catastrophic impacts of climate, Trump dismissed such reports, because that would require restrictions on his oil and gas industry supporters.

President Donald Trump on Monday dismissed a study produced by his own administration, involving 13 federal agencies and more than 300 leading climate scientists, warning of the potentially catastrophic impact of climate change.
Why, you ask? “I don’t believe it,” Trump told reporters on Monday, adding that he had read “some” of the report.
On one level, this shouldn’t be surprising. Trump’s views on climate change at this point are very, very well established.
Just over eight years ago, he tweeted this: “The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.” In 2014, he penned this tweet: “It’s late in July and it is really cold outside in New York. Where the hell is GLOBAL WARMING??? We need some fast! It’s now CLIMATE CHANGE.”

Trump doesn't understand anything about trade or manufacturing, period. He's a shitty Manhattan landlord. A trained monkey could do his job. This is the idiot who flew what should have been a turnkey airline (Trump Shuttle) straight into the ground, not to mention bankrupting several casinos--and yet his fans think he's some kind of business genius. (Do I also have to mention that Trump lost his shirt to Merv Griffin in one of his most infamous "great deals"?!).
