They aren’t just “returning abortion to the states”. Arkansas refused to let the people decide. Now Missouri has joined them, and Florida is trying to get the referendum off the ballot while intimidating people who signed the petition at their homes.

BREAKING: Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft has decertified #Amendment3, the ballot initative that could lift the state's ban on abortions.

This comes as the Missouri Supreme Court is set to hear the case for the ballot initative Tuesday morning.
