It's not Un-American to criticize President Joe Biden

Just as it wasn't Un-American to criticize Donald Trump when he was President.

Why is it that Trump and his asshole supporters accuse those of us who criticize Bibi Netanyahu as being against Israel? The hundreds of thousands of Israeli citizens demonstrating against the conduct of their government's actions in the war in Gaza are certainly not anti-Israel. That's the way democracy works.

I consider myself a strong supporter of Israel. I just think Bibi is a crook and a liar.

And, by the way, I support President Joe Biden's and VP Kamala Harris' position on this issue. My title line was just to make a point

Sensible people exist in Israel, but they don’t support his reckless behavior.

Every Politician is fair game in my book. No one get a free pass based on sex, race, nationality. You want to push a law, a policy, you opened the door.

Attributed to Louis XIV, it describes Trump’s opinion that he, and he alone, is America. Any disagreement with him is a disagreement with America.

So he and his apply that thinking to, in this case, Israel. If you disparage bibi, you disparage Israel. It’s the lens through which he views leadership.

And you’re right about bibi. Unfortunately, it’s up to Israeli voters…so far, he’s been a survivor. Hopefully the tide turns on him.

The leader is the state in the minds of the Trump cult. But Biden and Harris don't count and neither did Obama,

In that traditional European culture that was a huge thing. They took those sorts of oaths very seriously.

It's Authoritarianism 101. All power, all loyalty is to the leader, not to the state or to a document.

More and more, it looks like Bibi has that gene in him, as we know trump does as well.
