I tried my whole adult life to not be a cusser in public. I learned at my daddy's knee, but he always said it wasn't polite and to be better than him. So I tried. Everyone who ever worked with me, from the USAF on, knew that if I got going, they were going to hear some stuff. I was once complimented by being told I cussed like a sailor. I said that was odd, and Army man taught me, but I took it as meant.
