His behavior is deplorable on so many levels, I would not want to see him assassinated. For now, we still have a democracy, and we need to let the electoral process play itself out.

To me, the best outcome is for him to lose the election in a landslide and then be sentenced for incarceration for the 34 crimes and other crimes that he still hasn't been tried for yet, if he gets more convictions.

He's not above the law and he needs to be treated that way. If he pulled that insurrection stunt in a place like Russia, North Korea or other well known dictatorships, he'd have already fallen out of a tall building or maybe wound up at a gas station hanging upside down like what happened to Mussolini.

The most ridiculous part is although he's always hell-bent to be a brutal dictator like Hitler was back in the day, the only thing that will save him from that fate is that we live in a democracy where he will get a fair trial and sentence.

How many attempts have there been on President Biden's life since 1/21/21? How many have we heard about? I don't recall hearing of any, yet the reality is that POTUS, no matter who is in office, gets death threats on a daily basis and at least a few of these result in an attempt, no matter how poor of an attempt.
From what I have heard/read about this latest attempt, the supposed shooter put the barrel of his rifle through the fence but the only shots fired were from the Secret Service. Did the "shooter" even have bullets in his rifle? Nobody has said. The guy sounds like more than a bit of a loon. Also, from what I have read, Trump was 500 yards away, that's a little over a quarter of a mile. That's quite a shot for anyone not a marksman.

In any event here's my not-to-be-believed conspiracy theory. It's a setup from the far right to generate sympathy and, ideally, greater turnout by the right for the election., since DJT is doing his damnedest to turn voters away from his re-election.
