Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsIt is not the Democrats that are trying to get Mark Robinson out of the race in NC...
They could not find a better candidate to run against.
Rather, it is the national Republicans that are fearful of losing everything, the House, Senate, and White House, if they lose North Carolina.
And the Republicans are not really concerned about what Robinson said or that he visited a porn shop.
They see he is a loser. And they are ready to dump him. They do not believe he can win.
It is as simple as that.

(113 posts)But we're also hearing Trumps camp is pressuring for him to drop out so his taint doesn't infect Mango's anus. So who knows?

(1,783 posts)This would have meant reprinting ballots AGAIN, delaying them for a week or more. The military overseas wouldn't get them in time for them to be mailed back, most likely.
The Republicans are showing their usual manic fuckery, but Robinson isn't playing ball. I think they meant for him to drop out just to delay mail-in ballots so they wouldn't be counted.
Now they're stuck with him. Buyer's remorse, idiots.
