Not my only favorite, but I'd like to corner the market on pins for these voodoo dolls!

(100,131 posts)It was the Wile E. Coyote and Roadrunner one. The chastiser was a sleeper whod apparently just woken up that very day, so I referred them to the first thread on the subject of pagers, the one hundreds of posts long. No response yet.
To be very clear to anyone else reading this, I believe the attack on Pearl Harbor was a declaration of war, as was the demolition of the Twin Towers and the attack on Israel on Oct. 7 last year. In the category of responses (ballistic missiles, rounding up anyone who looks different, etc.) the sabotage of individual communication devices carried only by combatants ranks as being as close to pinpoint as humanly possible.
So do I appreciate the occasional cartoon? Why yes, yes I do.

(9,240 posts)would be wise to check their pulse, or have it checked.
Unless they are young and poorly educated and don't know who Anne Frank was. In that case, they should read her diary, and then respond with tears. Or check their pulse.

(9,240 posts)What is being marketed is not "pumpkin flavor" but "pumpkin spice." Pumpkin spice means the collection of spices in the correct proportions to give pumpkin pie its flavor. Pumpkin itself has very little flavor. You cold make a pie, for example, with summer squash and ise punpkin spice and for most people it would be indistinguishale from a pumpkin pie. Conversely, you could make a pie with pumpkin omitting pumpkin spice and it would be so bland as to almost be inedible. "Pumpkin spice" this or that is not false advertising. It's literally accurate. Many people just musunderstand it.

Love the one with the two busses, too. "Fighting for reproductive freedom" vs. "Keep 'em barefoot and pregnant"! What do you mean I have to choose one or the other? Decisions, decisions!
