19. Went to a ZZ Top concert in the 80s

Afterburner tour. We didn't have floor level, we had lower arena level seats. Stage left, just barely forward of the front edge of the stage. The acoustics were so bad, we gave up and went to the upper most seats opposite the stage. The acoustics were much, much better. We enjoyed the sound more and the visuals less from there, but we were there for the music. The trade was more than worth it....

A long life in theatre, mostly in Tucson. There are some venues there that are breathtaking for their acoustics: The Temple of Music And Arts, the Ronstadt Music Hall, and some more obscure places.
