rfk jr's anti vax stuff that has and is getting lots of people killed is wayyyyyy worse than an affair. She seems fine with that.

And I really hate the way people have kind of bullied her about it.

Social media are the worst.

I'm sure everyone here took kindly when people went after Hillary hard after Bill's behaviors. "If she doesn't divorce him right now, that says a lot about her!"

It was shitty then, it's shitty now.

I'm sure she enjoys her celebrity status and her glamorous lifestyle. Too bad she married a total loon. Oh and the character she played quite convincingly on Curb didn't put up with any of Larry's shit, so her putting up with, apparently, ALL of Wormy's shit is hilarious.

10. She is not her character

Maybe it's amusing in context, but watching social media go after a real person because they disapprove of her relationship choices.

Particularly women, which seems to be a cultural sport we all enjoy. Ask Taylor Swift about that one.

People don't countenance it with people they like, like in the example I provided. So why here?

Feels a little like situational sexism to me. I don't often see men being held responsible for the women in their lives.

As I said, the irony of the contrast between the character she is famous for, and her real life is hilarious.

7. If she married the scum in the first place, I would question her judgement to begin with

so not expecting any drastic steps from her. She may quit wearing her wedding ring for awhile but that is probably the extent of it.

After all, Melania said she did the same thing. However, there's an agreement in such situations, stated or implicit.

I'm a child (or at least, young person) of the 60's and I don't care what 2 or more people agree to in their marriage. If everybody agrees and no harm is being done, fine. Not my circus, not my monkeys.

But first, everybody needs to know what's going on and to be in agreement. And second, you don't ever humiliate your partner, privately or publicly. If you don't respect them that much, you need to go.

Bobby Brain Worm has passed this barrier more than once. His first wife killed herself, at least partly because of his infidelities. I don't know enough about that situation to know how much mental instability, lack of self-esteem, and other factors might have played in. But I do think that, instead of suicide, she'd have been more reasonable to boot his sorry ass to the curb, possibly with the aid of a Louisville Slugger, and gotten on with her life. She apparently had not been let in on the actual deal. So, lied to.

Both the 'reporter' and Hines have now been humiliated publicly, and the 'reporter' has lost her career for life, for nothing more than shits and giggles on his part. I'd call him scum, but that would be an insult to scum.
