Even Morning Joe today is slamming others in corporate media for their obvious pro-Trump bias. It's not our imagination, the corporate media is helping Trump because he's good for business.

Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough slammed the mainstream media for false equivalency and siding with the anti-anti-Trumpers by ignoring the crazy things former President Donald Trump says when questioned on policy and, instead, attacking Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris.
/snip/
Now, as we get into the homestretch, anti-anti-Trumpers who just cant admit they are going to vote for a man who tried to overthrow American democracy, who did what they did on January 6th, theyre desperately trying to create the permission structure so they can vote for a man who said he was going to terminate the constitution, that the chairman of the joint chiefs should be executed.
He told his staff members that [former Vice President] Mike Pence deserved to be hanged. I could go down the list and do it for hours. Whose own lawyers said he could kill his political opponents using SEAL Team Six and could not be prosecuted for it. Could not be prosecuted while he was in the White House.
I could go down all of those lists, but theyre looking at an interview where Kamala Harris gives the answer. They just say: Oh, but she told her life story at the beginning of the Philadelphia interview, like no politician has ever done. Did Ronald Reagan do that? Did Barack Obama? Yeah, damn straight they did. Did Bill Clinton tell stories? Yeah, damn straight. This is absolutely insane, the false equivalency. You see it from Bret Stephens. You see it at the Wall Street journal, the New York Times. The false equivalencies they are desperately pushing at the end of this campaign.

(112,432 posts)got them fired up. You can tell they pre-planned (for once) this segment and really went at it. Too much NFL talk even for a semi-football fan, but when they finally got to it, they both unleashed.
And if you can watch that segment with Ruhle on Bill Maher, DO. If you can see the later comments by Maher, wherein he compared Stephens to the dog you can't get in the car to go to the vet in terms of his entrenched attitudes. That was really funny.

(2,866 posts)as well as this one by Stephanie Ruhle. Sitting next to Bret Stephens, she said,
"but do you know for the last two weeks I've been going on and on, like I can't figure out where informed, undecided voters are. I'm like, who's the person who has a list on their refrigerator of like well, she said this, he said that, and I'm like who is this person, and then I open the New York Times three days ago and it's YOU!" as she turns towards him.
For those who dare watch Mr. Maher, you can see both lines here at 1:40.

(23,319 posts)The only thing the republicans are good at is that they're predictable, which makes fleecing the stock market a lot easier for the insiders. For the rest of us though, it's a bad deal.
Vote democratic!
