Judge Chutkan has *granted* Jack Smith's proposal to submit a 180-page brief full of evidence in relation to J6 case

Kyle Cheney
JUST IN: Judge Chutkan has *granted* Jack Smith's proposal to submit a 180-page brief full of evidence related to Trump's criminal charges in Washington, D.C.

She again says Trump's claim this would be unfair politically has no bearing on her ruling.

That whatever she rules is “in bounds” for prosecutable allegations, Cantaloupe Caligula the Corpulent will appeal it, first to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, and then to his personal (In)Justices on the (not so) Supreme Court.

Obviously, his goal will be to get her decisions overturned, but his long standing practice of “delay, delay, delay” is also part of the game plan. Once he’s dragged it out as far as he can, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him file to have the case dismissed by claiming his right to a speedy trial has been violated. 🙄

Tonight, there will be some gnashing of teeth by Mr. T., as he rages against this.
However, I don't see how he can fight this one.
When this comes out - it comes out....and my understanding is there are some sordid details about it that could not be brought up before.

As far as his people crying about the election, to my way of thinking, he has had more delays than any normal citizen would get.
There would simply be no way for an average citizen to continue to pay for expensive lawyers to try to run out the clock.

At some point, the clock wins. At some point, there is justice.

You know Trumps attorney's are going to try and bypass the Court of Appeals and go straight to the Supreme Court. He is so desperate to stop any evidence from coming out. Clearly he knows what is going to be in that briefing.
Sadly the Supreme Court will rule in his favor either 6-3 or 5-4 with Barrett being the possible loan conservative dissent.
This is why Trump has never faced the music for all of his civil an criminal activities. He has been able to game the system and leverage the people that he appointed. Gorshachb . Kavanaugh and Barrett are not members of the chior and you know that Leonard Leo has the dirt on them and he gave it to Trump.

Tue Sep 24, 2024, 08:52 PM

Before making a request, first look to see if the information you are interested in is already publicly available. You can find a lot of useful information on a range of topics on each agency’s website. You can also search for information agencies have already posted online here on FOIA.gov.

If the information you want is not publicly available, you can submit a FOIA request to the agency’s FOIA Office. The request simply must be in writing and reasonably describe the records you seek. Most federal agencies now accept FOIA requests electronically, including by web form, e-mail or fax. See the list of federal agencies for details about how to make a request to each agency and any specific requirements for seeking certain records.

Jack doesn't use n00b tricks like overlaying text with black characters.

The trumpster has committed so many crimes and outrages (he lives for them) that he seems immune to further disclosures. Hell, he's a convicted felon running for president. But the populace is a "complex system" and subject to tipping points.

I feel that one tipping point was the Cheneys breaking 8 years of "getting along" in an endorsement sense, in effect, giving permission to buck the traitor in chief.

What will be the next? One never knows in advance. I have a suspicion that the TIC had some kind of ritual, like a "black mass" in Russia that is being used to blackmail him, and unlike victims who were intimidated, or who "just disappeared", Putin has the receipts.

Receipts more convincing than video, which is easily faked. Now, this is outside the Smith prosecution, but who knows? There may be interesting receipts in the evidence, for example, not the person who bought classified documents, but the nationality.

I can only speculate.

There should be something in the unredacted text, and I admit, when information is withheld, speculation takes its place. Another basic rule of human nature that people trip over. I just did it above.
