Huge Dust Storms Eastern WA & N Idaho

my kids are driving over from Montana today and got caught in a monster dust storm outside Moses Lake WA. It also hit North Idaho, like something out of the dust bowl days. Zero visibility on the Interstate, their car is covered with sagebrush and up into the grill of their car. No pictures yet.

If I had to guess I would put it at about 12-ish thousand feet up. You could tell it wasn't smoke, and it wasn't just a cloud either. It was strange to see.
