2. What about the other battleground states? They must favor Harris.

14. If we lose AZ and GA

We lose what we gained unless we win NC. More African-Americans and minorities, especially Hispanic voters, in GA and AZ are voting for Trump. Not a majority but more than 2020. I have seen some really stupid reasons from them on TV. Yes, you guessed it. Economy was SO GOOD then. Most are young and they probably don't even remember 2020.

6. Let's keep putting these numbers out and motivating our voters to get out.

She's going to carry all three of those states, close, but not quite as close as 2020. No margin of error on these or number in the poll? Seems that's been getting smaller as the margin of error gets bigger.

Given the fact that GOP voter registration has been greater than Democrat in all three of these, those are good news. She's trending upward.

8. How are there no undecideds?

That is not realistic. Are the pollsters forcing people to pick a candidate and kicking out non-responses as “not likely voters”?

Harris could be doing better or worse than these polls, but there is no way there are not at least 5% unsure or undecided.

9. With so little movement in the polls, I have accuracy vs precision nightmares

Polls can be precise (being close to one another) - without being accurate (close to the actual result)

The winner is likely going to carry these states by .1-2% regardless who it is.

So, it probably is a static tie at this point.

We need to do our part to GOTV. I signed up to mail postcards to battleground states. What is everyone else doing?

I get so angry and frustrated with the over emphasis on polling in Democratic spaces. As much as we blame Comey and others for what happened in 2016, we didn't do enough individually to assist in GOTV efforts. I sometimes wonder how many people on DU are actually donating, volunteering and registering voters? Polling is useful data but if we all did our part I believe we will win.
