I am at a loss for words. Maybe the Politico article is over-exaggerating? Tish James has been on this case for years and now Appeals court judges seem to be admonishing her?

....a few days ago Politico had the judges questioning the multi million dollar fine...and today Politico has the judges questioning the verdict...and tomorrow Politico will have another OMG headline...and if the court does Trump a solid, can you imagine the outrage!..this is not an October surprise...what James Comey did to Hillary Clinton...that's an October surprise...remember when the Biden debate debacle and the assassination attempt were supposed to guarantee Trump a sure-thing stroll back into the Oval Office??...except Biden had a Xmas in July surprise for malicious asshole Donnie...her name is Kamala..SURPRISE!!!!

on another note..when Judge Merchan chose to delay Trump's sentencing I was pissed, but in retrospect Trump is still a convicted felon..the sword of Damocles still hangs over Psycho Donnie's head as does Jack Smith's superseding indictment and Judge Chutkan determined to not do an Aileen Cannon..

Trump is loathed by everyone with the exception of his hate-filled base...we're going to win with Kamala Harris..relax
